EIFFEL stands for EffIcient Fullerene-Free organic solar cELls.
The whole consortium will recruit, train and supervise 10 talented Early Stage Researchers (ESRs) to design and synthesize novel materials suitable for the next generation of efficient and stable Organic Photovoltaics (OPV). EIFFEL is thought as a training programme uniquely designed to provide the ESRs with multidisciplinary training interlinking chemistry, materials science, physics, computer science, and transferable skills. EIFFEL’s ambition is to form a new generation of creative, entrepreneurial and innovative young researchers with the organizational abilities needed to succeed in interdisciplinary high-tech sectors.
The project will start in early 2024.
